Coast Day 2015 Transportation

Coast Day offers an opportunity to celebrate Delaware’s ocean and coastal resources and highlights the University’s efforts in marine and coastal research and education with demonstrations and exhibits, ship tours, marine critter touch tanks, children’s activities, crab cake cook-off, delicious food and much more! Admission is free. This year's event will be held on Sunday, October 4 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the University of Delaware's Hugh R. Sharp Campus in Lewes, Delaware.
Courtesy of the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, free roundtrip bus transportation with limited seating is available to University employees, students and their immediate family members.
Boarding of buses will begin at 9:00 a.m. with departure from Robinson Hall parking lot at 9:15 a.m. and arrival in Lewes at approximately 11 a.m. Boarding of buses for the return trip will begin at 4:00 p.m. with departure from the Lewes campus at 4:15 p.m. with return to Newark by 6 p.m.
